101 Facts About Me

1. I take a lot of pictures of myself, so many that it outnumbers the pictures I have of other objects
2. I usually shop for stationery when I’m stressed
3. I also like finishing my stationery, especially my pens, because for some weird reason it will make me feel that I’ve done a lot of studying
4. Currently working and studying at the same time
5. At once stage, I held down 3 jobs
6. I started working at The Cheesecake Shop in East Victoria Park in March 2004 and still working there
7. I am still in my first job
8. I dream of writing a book of my own some day
9. I have really funny joints, so much so that I can do this:
10. My fingers cannot straighten properly, they are bent the other way around when I try to straighten them

12. Speaking about weird body parts, I can bend my fingers way past what is normally considered straight
13. Same thing goes for my knee joints as well
14. Someday I would like to study architecture and jounalism
15. Writing is one of my greatest passions, followed by reading and taking photographs
16. I am a procrastinator, which definitely isn’t doing me any good
17. I am a habitual multi-tasker. I bask in the joy of being able to do multiple things at once
18. I once touched a fresh sheep’s brain and a pig’s heart
19. I used to be deathly afraid of cadavers, now I don’t mind seeing them and bits and pieces of them
20. I stayed off meat when I first saw a cadaver because the human flesh resembled meat so much
21. I used to have long hair, but I cut it because I needed a change





22. I am a slight dyslexic. I cannot read my 0’s properly. Too many zeros in a number and it starts shifting around
23. I am a slight hypochondriac. I always think I have some condition or another
24. I have an artsy side to me that rarely comes out due to my busy, busy schedule
25. I have never been clubbing before. Well, once if you count going to Margeaux for 1 hour
26. I don’t like the taste of beer, but the one beer I will drink is the Carlsberg imported from Denmark. Talk about fussy
27. I can tell the difference between filtered water and tap water
28. I am a bag kind of girl. Give me bags and I’ll adore you
29. I was born prematurely and was underweight, but I’m not so underweight now
30. I love gardening
31. I have a very big extended family
32. I am already a grandaunt, but I’ve never met my grandnieces or grandnephews
33. I am very prone to accidents and mishaps, hence I’ve coined the term “Kristine Moments” in my blog whenever I do something dumb
34. My writing has been published on Xfresh and I’ve won their 1st blogging contest
35. I’ve won 2nd place with my team members for a national website designing competition
36. I used to be in the school choir when I was in primary school
37. I used to be in the choral speaking team in primary school

39. I like making lists and ticking things off while I get them done

41. I like R&B music and have begun paying attention to the lyrics

46. I type very fast, approximately 90 words per minute or so
47. I can’t draw to save my life, I once got a D for art in high school
48. I started blogging when I was 15 years old

51. When I was younger, I used to want to wear braces
52. I got my first stitch in my mouth when I was 20 years old, because I had to remove my wisdom tooth
53. I have no other stitches on my body
54. I can’t drive very well, although I am now off my P plates

57. I have not been to Europe before and am currently saving up for a holiday there
58. I have not been to China either and am currently saving up to go to do a placement there in 2008
59. I’m usually the calm one when it comes to exams and assessments. 30 minutes before the thing, I freak out and my digestive system gives me the shits. Literally
60. I like being punctual and always am obsessed about punctuality
61. When I make coffee, I gave put the stuff in the cup in the following order: coffee, sugar and creamer

68. I have only owned 2 handphones in my life and both are still in working condition

85. I am what you would call partially multilingual. I speak and write fluently in English, Malay language. I can understand and speak bits and pieces of Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien

98. I can switch accents between the Aussie accent and Asian accent depending on who I hang out with
99. My handwriting can differ at different times. I’m not talking about when I’m in a hurry, its the actual writing style itself that differs
