I Put My Right Foot In
In case anyone here wants to know the answer to the question that Heather posed during gerontology lecture, I put my right foot into my knickers first.
It was a case of actually trying to observe myself do something that is so automatic to me that I just do not realise what I’m doing till I actually pay attention to it. If you do not get me, never mind.
Speaking of paying attention, I was really good and bad this morning.
Good: I studied 18 muscles for my dry lab exam which is coming up on Wednesday evening.
Bad: I slept in an extra hour and a half and missed the last anatomy lecture of my life. Come to think about it, I’m surely going to miss going to wet labs to see the cadavers and such. But each chapter in life has to end and a new one has to begin, no?
Its just past 3 pm and the stress is slowly but surely beginning to build. I’m going to have to finish my question 2 for my 2nd rehab assignment and finish writing up 2 timelines by today if I want to get all my assignments ready by the due dates without losing out on too much sleep. I’m prepared to go all out to finish the 2 assignments as best as I can, seeing that my grades this semester are doing pretty alright.
My cold has taken a turn for the better, but hopefully the stress doesn’t make it revert to its mean self again, or else I’m doomed. I doubt I’ll be able to get anything done if it keeps coming back.
OK, time to push on with question 2, with good ol Jim!
