		<description>....dun have to be a vegetarian for a week but I would suggest you be a &quot;part time&quot; vegetarian which I have been practising for decades.Know what you are eating each time and have a quick calories calculation each time you enjoy your meal. Once you feel your meat calory intake is sufficient then take more veg in your next.....trust me you shall feel good in your mind as well.Overtime you shall see result and feel healthy as well. Be patience....crash diet more often then not never succeed and can be harmful to health as well.....thats why i am still at 60 kg...ha...ha...</description>
