If you have managed to stumble upon this page, I bid you welcome to my myriad of thoughts documented on the Internet. If you are wondering why my blog is called KristineSays 2.0, it’s because this is a reincarnation of my blog. I’ve been blogging on & off since I was 16, almost 10 years ago. Oh how time flies! I’ve always loved writing and expressing myself. I haven’t been writing/blogging consistently for the past 3-4 years due to being involved in full time work and life, and it definitely feels rather strange. So here I am, reincarnated.
What do you need to know about me? I was born in Malaysia but have spent the last 9 years or so living in Perth. I came here to study, stayed on to work & the rest is history. I’m a qualified Occupational Therapist and work as a Job Co-ordinator for a Disability Employment Service in Perth. I support people with disabilities in open employment, which means I can spend my entire day driving around from site to site! I also am involved with CLiCK Inc which was established by my boyfriend. If you must know, I am a bit of a closet gamer. I’ve grown up playing games like The Sims (1, 2 and 3) and most of its variations on the PC. I bought the Nintendo Wii off a friend a few years ago and got quite into Zelda & Mario Kart. I must admit, my gaming skills on the consoles are still in the making as I’ve got poor hand-eye coordination. Then came the XBox 360 which I got this year (2012). Thanks to the boyfriend, I’ve gotten into games such as Saints Row 2 & 3, Borderlands, Plants vs Zombies, Dance Central, Fable 2 & 3. I’m currently hooked on Minecraft, the digging with the pick axe is so addictive! I’m sure there will be many more games I’ll be stuck into!
On my down time when I’m not at work or gaming, I can be found reading, surfing the Internet or on Twitter. Oh, or cleaning. I have sudden urges to clean or tidy up my place at the strangest times… Yes, I am a bit strange but that’s why you like me. Right?
